Description
Snapping turtle at the National Baltimore Aquarium in Maryland. This turtle is similar to Irwin's Snapping Turtle found only in Australia and at the Baltimore Aquarium. However, I am not sure this is actually the Irwin's Snapping Turtle, which was first discovered by Steve Irwin, the late Crocodile Hunter, and his father, Bob Irwin, in the early 1990s, or if it is a Common Snapping Turtle.
